Starbucks asked for a refresh of their Partner Anniversary Pins—moving away from plain silver numbers toward something more colorful and collectible. I designed a full set for years 1 through 45, using a modular number system designed to stand out on the green apron. Every ten years, the pins rotate through iconic Starbucks imagery—coffee beans, cherries, the Siren tail, a cake pop, a crown, and signature drinks—creating a visual language that honors both the Partner’s milestone and the brand’s legacy.
