A card deck created for O.C. Tanner to support team huddles and help employees live the company’s new Leadership Principles.

My role included content discovery through employee surveys, collaboration with copywriters on messaging, and the creation of the visual direction and illustrations for the deck.

Bringing the Leadership Principles to Life

Each leadership principle was paired with an illustration and gradient, keeping the deck aligned with O.C. Tanner’s brand system while giving each principle its own identity.
